Contact details (email, phone), brief content (story, recipient's first name, optional birthday for yearly reminders — opt-out anytime), photos, UGC videos, order and payment data (via Stripe), browsing data.

Purposes

Creating and delivering the song, order-related follow-ups, marketing (where consented — one-click unsubscribe), service improvement, audience measurement and ad attribution.

Processors

Stripe (payment), Twilio (messages), Resend (emails), Cloudflare (storage), Neon (database), Vercel and Railway (hosting), KIE.ai, Anthropic and OpenAI (generation and transcription). Some processing happens outside the EU under standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Unpurchased audio files: deleted 48 hours after the preview is made available. Photos: 30 days after expiry. Order data: statutory accounting period. Consent history: timestamped and retained.
