1. Purpose
Melora (published by STRAVIX LTD, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom) creates personalized songs from the answers you provide. Our studio handles the writing, composition, performance and mixing, custom-made from your answers.
2. Free preview & 48-hour window
Once your brief is processed, a free 30-second preview is made available. The full song can be unlocked for 48 hours from the moment the preview is ready. After that, audio files are permanently deleted from our servers, as announced. Your story and lyrics are kept, allowing re-creation on request.
3. Prices & payment
Prices are displayed inclusive of tax in EUR and CHF, and exclusive of applicable taxes in USD. Secure payment by Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay). No card data ever touches our servers.
4. Waiver of withdrawal right
The song is personalized digital content whose production starts immediately after payment. By confirming the order, the customer requests immediate performance and expressly waives their right of withdrawal (applicable EU/UK consumer provisions). This waiver is confirmed by a checkbox at checkout.
5. Revisions
Three revisions are included: changing a passage, the mood, the tempo or the voice. A revision is a request submitted from the studio page. Additional revision packs are available. Typical turnaround: a few hours.
6. 14-day money-back guarantee
In addition to your statutory rights (non-delivery, proven technical defect, double charge — which remain fully preserved), we offer a 14-day commercial guarantee from purchase under these cumulative conditions: (a) at least one revision was requested, (b) the full song was not downloaded, (c) the request reaches support within the period. Refunds go to the original payment method.
7. License
The delivered song is licensed for personal use: private listening, sharing with loved ones and posting on your personal social accounts. Any commercial exploitation (sync, advertising, resale, streaming distribution) requires prior written approval.
