1. Submitted content
By submitting a story, photos or a video, you warrant that you hold the necessary rights and permissions (including consent of visible persons and, for a minor, of their legal guardian). Unlawful content (hate, sexual content involving minors, violence) is refused and may be reported.
2. UGC license
By submitting a reaction video, you authorize Melora to publish it on its website and social channels. Use in paid advertising requires the extended license, ticked separately and rewarded as stated at upload time.
3. Moderation
Every video goes through automated then human moderation before publication. We may decline publication without detailed justification.
4. Prohibited behaviour
Notably prohibited: circumventing contest voting mechanisms, self-referral, fraudulent use of promo codes, and any attack on the service.
